Telogen Phase (resting phase) – the hair follicle is completely at rest during this phase,
which is the longest phase and lasts about 100 days. During this time, the new hairs push
out the old hairs, allowing the growth cycle to begin again (fig. 4).
We recommend using the i-Light Pro Face & Body system every two weeks for three
treatments (for body sites) and every two weeks for four treatments (for female facial
sites) to ensure you treat every active hair.

What to expect from you i-Light device
Most users will begin to notice fewer hairs a few weeks after beginning treatment. However,
it’s important to continue with the full treatment regimen to ensure that every active hair is
treated. A full treatment regimen is every 2 weeks for three treatments (body sites) and four
treatments (female facial sites), then only as needed.
A few days after the first treatment you may start to notice hair has fallen out.
Some hair growth will occur that is less dense, finer and lighter in colour than the original
hair. This regrowth is perfectly normal and should be expected.
