SAFETY CAUTIONS
1 For additional protection, you should install a residual current device (RCD), with a
rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA, in the electrical circuit supplying
the bathroom.
2 The appliance, including its cord, must not be used, played with, cleaned or maintained
by persons under eight years old and should at all times be kept out of their reach.
Use, cleaning or maintenance of the appliance by children over eight or by anyone with
a lack of knowledge, experience or with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities should only be undertaken after receiving appropriate instruction and
under the adequate supervision of a responsible adult to ensure that they do so safely
andthatthehazardsinvolvedareunderstoodandavoided.
3 Don’t put the appliance in liquid, don’t use it near
water in a bath-tub, basin or any other vessel,
and don’t use it outdoors.
4 Keep direct airow away from eyes or other sensitive areas.
5 Do not let any part of the appliance touch the face, neck or scalp.
6 In use, take care that the inlet and outlet grilles are not blocked in any way as this will
cause the unit to automatically stop.
If this occurs, switch o and allow the appliance to cool down.
7 Ensure the inlet grille is free from obstructions such as household u, loose hair etc.
8 Do not leave the appliance unattended while plugged in.
9 Do not set the appliance down while still on.
10 Do not use accessories or attachments other than those we supply.
11 Do not twist or kink the cable, and don’t wrap it around the appliance.
