In-Home Delivery: For your convenience,
our carrier will contact you directly
to arrange a convenient delivery time
between 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday.
An adult, 18 years or older, must be present
to inspect the item and sign for delivery.
Upon arrival, delivery person(s) will unpack
and place your item in a first floor room
of your choice for inspection. The item
will be placed where you choose, but it
will not be connected. Please plug in the
device and inspect the item carefully for
any damage that may have occurred in
transit and refuse the shipment if the item
appears damaged. Upon agreeing the
item is functional and without damage, all
packaging materials will be disposed of for
your convenience. In-home delivery applies
to continental U.S. residences only.
The Premium Experiential Rewards
are fulfilled through Caesars Passport
Travel. For all experiences involving
appointments or events, guests will be
contacted to set up a date for the event.
Certain dates may not be available. Seven
Stars discount is not applicable.

Ordering is fast and easy! Simply visit any Total
Rewards Center to place your order. We will ship your
selections anywhere in the continental U.S. to you (or
your designated gift recipient). Please allow 4 – 6 weeks
for delivery, unless otherwise stated. Track your orders
online at TotalRewardsOrders.com, one week after your
order has been placed.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Friendly and well-informed customer service is just a toll-
free call away. Should you have any questions regarding
merchandise or delivery, please contact our Merchandise
Customer Service Team at 1-877-474-6673 between
7am and 7pm Monday – Friday, Central Time (excluding
holidays). If you receive an item that was damaged in
transit, refuse delivery and contact a Customer Service
Representative. We can accommodate a return for most
damaged item(s) with original packaging within 90 days.
Exclusions apply. For in-home delivery items, please
thoroughly inspect items during delivery appointment
before acceptance, as these items may not be returned
after acceptance. Most manufacturer warranties are
either null and void when shipped outside the continental
U.S. or require any claims to be made in the U.S.
FOR ALL PREMIUM EXPERIENTIAL REWARDS
The redeemer and guest must be of legal age to
gamble if the trip is to a casino property. Certain travel,
hotel, flight and vacation package rewards may not be
available for redemption in Canada. Hotel room offers
include room, tax and surcharge only; incidentals will
be billed separately. A valid credit card is required and
the hotel room is a standard room unless otherwise
specified. Please also note that event tickets, passes
and gift cards awarded under this program will be
purchased or obtained by Caesars and are subject to
availability. Tickets, passes and gift cards are subject
to the requirements of the issuing party. Caesars is not
responsible for cancelled or postponed events.

without notice. All redemptions are final. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted except as provided herein. Caesars
reserves the right to add, remove or substitute any reward in this catalog without notice. Images and descriptions are for

Caesars will provide another reward with comparable value or reinstate the Reward Credits. Items redeemed in this program
