Problem Possible Cause Action

When I hold the device against

my skin, nothing happens. The

device doesn’t ‘beep’ even after

a few seconds.

You may need to perform a

Skin Tone Test. The LCD display

will show this screen:

The Treatment Head is not in

full contact with the skin.

You are trying to treat a small

area such as between the

eyebrows or near the eyes.

Place the ashing orange light

against the skin of the intended

treatment area.

The device may require another

Skin Tone Test if:

-The device is not used for ve

minutes

- You take a break

mid-treatment

- The device is switched o and

then on again

Check that the Treatment Head

is touching your skin. The

device will not ash unless the

Treatment Head is making full

contact with the skin.

For your safety, the device

should NOT be used anywhere

near the eyes, eyebrows or

eyelashes.
