Problem Possible Cause Action

The device will not switch on.

The device isn’t charged. You

should hear the device ‘beep’

twice and the LCD display will

show this screen.

The Treatment head is not fully

attached. You should hear two

‘beeps’ and the LCD display will

show this screen.

Ensure the device is fully

charged - plug the charging

cord into the wall socket. The

Battery Charging icon should

appear on the LCD display.When

the device is fully charged, the

Battery Life indicator will be full:

Ensure the Treatment Head is

properly attached to the device.

When the Treatment Head is

attached correctly, you should

hear a ‘click’ and the lights and

‘beeping’ will stop.
